"Maybe it was me expecting the full Disney experience in a hotel but it fell a little short. Hotel felt slightly dated and in need of a bit of tlc. Still in a great location and still a Disney hotel, just not what it was for me."

"I’m a Disney fan. I’m platinum on Disney cruises and passholder for wide Orlando. I was so excited to take the kids to Disney Paris. Wow. This was an eye opener. Just a couple things that maybe it was my fault for expecting. 1) helpfulness? Not here. I went to the guest services a few times because I had questions. Like my kids needed some extra pillows? "Room ventilation was poor. Was very hot outside and room couldn’t accommodate. Also, room had foul smell. Otherwise, rooms are nice, property offers a comfortable environment in lobby, outside seating areas and good food in restaurant. "

"The experience was far from good. At midnight a man tried to get into my room. I tried to call the front desk and the phone was not properly labeled to reach out to the front desk. I didn’t know which button to punch. The lobby smelled a combination of stale air and perfume. The bedsheets had little holes in them. The hotel is very close to the airport but that’s it. If you are used to budget hotels in the US, this is bellow that. Stay somewhere else. The staff was very friendly."

"The hotel is located near the parking lot between Terminal 3 and Terminal 1 of CDVVAL station. It's about a 5-minute walk, but there are stairs. A welcome drink was provided. I booked a room with two single beds, but they only had a room with one king-size bed. While this is acceptable, I question the hotel's service. The room felt spacious with large windows and high ceilings. There was no refrigerator or safety deposit box. Drinking water can be obtained in front of the reception desk."

"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."

"Close to the airport and such a quiet and comfortable stay."

"Room needs updating big time. Air conditioner didn’t work. It got fixed but very inconvenient when you’re tired. Toilet was separated from sink and shower. There is no way to wash hands after toilet use. Door to the toilet automatically shuts so no way to just head to sink without touching door knob. Very unhygienic. Check in and check out took too long because of limited staff who were not friendly at all. The wait staff at the restaurant was very nice. Food was okay."

"Absolutely amazing place, a hidden gem in Paris: a walking distance to CDG, a quiet, yet spacious room, a super friendly staff, and a delicious complimentary breakfast! You can’t ask for a better to place to stay in between the travels. Thank you."
