"Love the stay at Waikiki village"

"Honestly I stayed on the Diamond side the room was not what I expected, great view but definitely not worth the price there were stains all over the curtains, the little seating area in the room, the carpet left a lot of nasty stuff on my feet I had to use à wash cloth to clean my feet before putting my shoes on…sadly I didn’t know this and went to the spa to get a massage and my feet looked dirty "

"Staff is so nice, friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and Ala Moana mall. W-line bus stop is right in-front of the hotel, easy commute to the airport. Parking is safe and secure. Great place to stay for a quick vacation! "

"Rooms felt kind of small but reminiscent of hotel rooms in Asia. For larger oversized Americans it feels kind of cramp. The beds were comfortable. The buffet was ok but not as good as other holiday inn express in the mainland we have stayed at. But we looked forward to rushing down to get a table each morning before it filled up. The only downsides were that the AC in the room is extremely loud and noisy. If they could get quieter ones it would be perfect. Even though these are old window units...

"Staff was amazing, cleaners did an amazing job but our bed was not comfortable there was a massive divot in both sides causing me and my wife some back pain after our 8 day stay… also our thermostat stopped working on the first day and we got locked out of our room for a dead battery in the door lock…"

"Yes, it wasn’t as advertised on Expedia. We had to change to a new room because the photos were inaccurate. The room even had a cockroach (only one) However, the staff were very friendly and conscientious. It’s a great spot to the beach and all the shopping. No other real concern. "

"Good enough. For The price they could be a little more pinashe on their delivery. Painting the top floor base boards at night was a little ghetto as the smell entered our room. They should do that another time. Coffee machines brutal. worst. Rooms nice. Small. Nice bidet. nice blinds. good Hvac. good beds and pillows. best value in the area no resort fee. would stay again. bring your own instant coffee. pool area cool. nice and close to beach. 3-4 days max. overall, fancy but not ultra fancy....

"Great convenient location, everything you could need is walking distance unless you need a big grocery store. Just catch a taxi or Uber it's about $15 each way to Walmart. Beach is right there. They supply shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion. Also on 3rd floor they have sun block free . Free beach towels. I wished I had known all this I could have saved some luggage space. You can also ask for a microwave in your room. Our view was great. The only thing I disliked was the sewage smell in...
