"The location and views from the lobby are amazing! The staff was very hospitable. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Instead of curtains, a glass door would help keep the water in the shower room."

"I wouldve have given them less stars, because both times i called for assistance they never responded. Once was for more towels and the other was to take out our trash. We ended up going downstairs for our the towels, and when 4 hours later they still hadnt come to get the trash we ended up taking the trash out by ourselves. We did meet one of the nicest staff members who got us more garbage bags, and her name is Eva. She was wonderful. Also the humidity in the room with the ac was not right and we all ended up with head colds. I would still stay there again, but for the price i believe the service shouldve been better."

"We loved this resort, can not understand the negative comments of no restaurants etc. Yes there are homeless camps, these poor people have to live some where !! "

"Nice and cozy place to stay. Smooth communication and easy check-in. Direct access to the beach is also nice. Recommend for people who like relaxing and enjoy local Hawaiian vibes rather than going to town to do some shopping and touristy activities."
