"Hôtel très propre, quoi que les chambres manques un peu d’entretien. Personnel très accueillant, courtois et à notre service. Fabrice a fait le maximum pour faciliter notre séjour et nous aider avec la location d’une voiture et nos hébergements dans les parcs nationaux. "Radisson Blu was perfect for our stay in Rwanda!! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Our entire stay we marvelled at how often we were offered help and service. The dining options were fantastic, the breakfast buffet had everything you could want as some new things to try. Linda in guest relations goes out of her way to help make your stay extra special. The Kigali Heights Mall across the street was great. Would definitely stay here again!"
