"Ms.Asumta was very friendly and helped me with the formalities. The chief waiter and his team were carrying all the time and presented a wonderful Tilapia for dinner. Don't trust some bad reviews about this place, now they are under new management "

"Overall service = excellent"

"My stay at Quality Inn Kigali was amazing from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. From the first day, I felt right at home. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. The food from the restaurant was also amazing. I honestly ate almost the same dish every day because it was that good! I really enjoyed having a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills. Coming from Philadelphia, waking up to that view was something special...

"Very clean. Staff were most courteous and helpful. Joyce at the front desk was exceptional, she kindly walked us to the restaurant despite her painful foot."

"Homely and friendly staff. The staff goes above and beyond, especially for meals. One staff member even helped me get my telephone fixed by taking me to a local electronics repair shop. I felt home…"

Pay $30 more to stay in a glorified closet in a "boutique" or just stay in a huge room with a comfy bedin the centre of downtown with great courteous and helpful staff. Your choice"

"Amazing must visit"

"I love the quality of their breakfast. Excellent!!!"

"The guesthouse is well located in the city. It has a small lush garden that create a peaceful place for breakfast or reading. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good value for the money"

"Very nice Hotel, amazing services and kind employees"

The thermostat was set to 20 degrees Celsius so if you need to sleep cooler that wasn't an option. Maybe if the AC was mounted on a wall that blew the air on you at night that would have been better (currently it is...
