"Staff were great"

"Very friendly staff"

"Great customer service."

"Great hotel, very convenient for a wedding we were attending. We had a fan in the room as it was a very hot day - aircon would have been great. Even though the pub below was busy, we didn't really hear any noise. Awesome breakfast."

"The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!"

"Staff friendly and helpful. Nice old fashioned pub with good atmosphere"

The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean."

"Location of the hotel conveniently close to the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful."

"We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and communicative before we came up. We will definitely use again, next time we come up and stay!"

"Local to where we were visiting and the staff were very friendly."
