They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. "Late check in was handy, I arrived about 11pm as was the bar staying open until 2 am!! Air con was v.noisy so was left with choice of being boiling (with AC off), not being able to sleep because of noise, or opening the windows and listening to M5. I choose the second option."

"Another fantastic stay at Moat House for my parents, who simply won't stay anywhere else when they're visiting the area! The whole team were phenomenal from start to finish. "What shade of hell in the 21st century for £177 for single occupancy has not got a private toilet . Room tiny, no lighting by bedside so if you get up in dark have to go to front door to switch a light on. Bunk bed over the head of double bed makes it hot & claustophic . The shower room is a joke, a bathroom including a toilet on a ferry is considerably bigger that this coffin minus a toilet. Avoid at all cost"
