"Lovely room and staff efficient and friendly "

"Swimming pool and spa very relaxing. Garden restaurant pleasant, food average. Breakfast wasn’t explained so we didn’t realise you could order eggs. Bacon was rubbery. Melon all gone by 9am. Pastries could have been fresher. Good tea tray in room. Room was larger than expected. "

"We stayed for a couple of nights, having breakfast & dinner twice. After a rather brusque check-in with a middle aged Asian gentleman (the owner?), we made our way to Room 10, a king sized room with an additional bed in a side room. As we had our Jack Russell with us, this may be a pet-friendly room. The bedroom was beautifully clean, and the beds comfortable. I think the bathroom had not long been fitted, and had a fabulous shower along with all the complimentary soaps/showergels/shampoos...

"Not a friendly welcome at all! Hotels in need of some TLC, rooms way too warm but you can’t control the heat individually & opening a window meant being kept awake all night by the busy street below, even had police outside until early hours, just not a great location to stay & hotel is old & sad with miserable staff!"

"Property is beautiful, the only thing was we weren’t given any information on the amenities on check-in and there was no book in the room. We had a hard time finding the pool, which we had to go through the bar and through the gym to get to. "

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Where do I start! We stayed here 4 years ago and it was marvellous.it was thriving ,busy, Bustling . This time when we arrived we was told check in your car else you’ll get a fine ( great fair enough.) Then sign in and il take a card off you just in case your room gets trashed! Wow! We’re in our 60’s definitely not rock stars, id rather watch telly than chuck it out of the window! The chap then said it’s so busy here because of the bank holiday ( Monday) that the dining room may not have space...

"Clean room, good facilities such as smart tv, iron & board, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities etc. Nice shower. Lovely restaurant which also does a good breakfast. Friendly staff everywhere. Easy & ample safe parking accessed via a long driveway."

"I want my money back the stay was horrific. Children screaming running shouting and parents shouting for hrs till 1/2am all around node and outside the hotel. Had to Stay in premier inn hotel n shirley sleep has ill and shattered. should have been in dorset Woking did send emails"
