"pool was clean, probably the nicest part of the whole hotel though. room was not clean to the standards of a premium hotel, wouldn’t even consider it clean to the standards of a best western. Wallpaper was peeling, many dirty spots in the bathroom like behind and around the toilet, around and behind the bathtub, bathroom windows were very dirty on the outside and a little dirty on the inside. the mirrors and glass had streaks from cleaning them, hair on the area rug before we even got their, lots of dirt, and scuffs on the wall. trim was bubbling from dings and water damage. the staff were nice and accommodating whenever i reached out to them, however i do not feel like i was appropriately compensated for the extensive list of things just in my room alone. maybe we got unlucky but it’s not very likely I will be returning unless they reach out further to try to make things right with me."
