"The A/C didn't work well. Dont stay in the hot summer. Unless they fix this. Beds were amazing! Sauna was so relaxing."

"Passing by the river at the hotel is a highlight—the views from every room are remarkable. The pool is a nice size, though the strong smell of chlorine was not pleasant. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located, just a 6-minute drive from beautiful Kalamalka Lake. Nice & helpful staff - complementary coffee and water ."

"No information in room with what hotel offered, where things were located eg. ice machine.It was my first time there, I wandered looking for an ice machine, sign on wall by laundry room said there was one on my floor, but none to be found. I have mobility issues..I did not enjoy wandering the halls. Just a general lay out of the building like ..pool area ,restaurant, ice machine etc, nothing in my room to physically written down to show me what was available and where. For this quality of...

"Pros - Free Breakfast, AC room, Room with a view, smiling & helpful front desk staff. Hot tub (too small) and pool. Cons - Defective Coffee machine in room, Same repeatitive breakfast items every single day. "

"Staff were exemplary - everyone had a smile on and were helpful in pointing out things to do and places to eat. A true 5 star resort experience. Lots of places to eat and shop and see the sights within walking distance. Just relaxing in the room was a vacation. The spa is great - had a wonderful massage that sorted me out after a cramped flight. The pool and hot tubs were great and the onsite restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend for a splurge vacation stay."
