First we walked in roughly around 9pm (we booked a pet friendly suite) and the front entrance lobby looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in quite sometime. We walked into our room after check in and the air smelled like the room had been smoked in for years. We immediately asked for a room change and instead they offered us an air purifier but we had to leave the room for an hour. All we wanted...
