The floors were only swept but had not been washed properly. Splatters all over walls and the door frame int the bathroom desperately needs a wipe down. Needless to say I actually cleaned the room myself. Garbage in hallway was there for several days. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. "

"The hotel is updating and renovating which is great, but you do see and hear the construction. We had a room that was dated as the pet friendly rooms have not been renovated yet. Unfortunately it also had ants.....I think it's an issue at this time of the year. Unfortunately because of the long weekend they were not able to get anyone onsite quickly. Sandman staff wouldn’t give me a receipt saying it had been refunded told me to contact Expedia? I don’t understand why as Expedia didn’t ask for a deposit or even state I needed to apply one? Now I have to wait up to 5 business days? "
