"We stayed in a 2 bdrm ocean view. It was very nice. We had a golf cart and had plenty of parking. We arrived late but the staff were waiting for us and delivered our luggage to our unit. "

"The property itself is beautiful, but the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor communication from the staff. I paid them to arrange local flights, yet they failed to provide any information afterward. After I arrived in Belize, I tried calling again with no response. I ended up messaging them on WhatsApp from the airport, unsure whether I needed to purchase a new plane ticket or not.

"Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Everyone nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotless with a view of the water from deck. The pool and beach were amazing and the Rum Shack made fantastic drinks and food. Would highly recommend "
