"Traveled with multiple families and all of our rooms were extremely hot and thermostat seemed unresponsive. Also smelled like weed throughout halls and outside. Rooms were spacious and functional although bathrooms were very tight "

"Kitchen had nothing in it to cook with. Website described it had utensils in room. Under bed was disgusting. Lint and hair under bed. On top of fridge were old room keys from previous guest and dust. Oven top didn't work. Knobs on stove were backwards. Room really needs to be updated for that price I paid. Will never stay there again. Waste of money"

"I was to move into an apartment Sunday. On Sat afternoon the landlord called & said it won't be ready until Monday!! T'Keshia at the front desk was wonderful. She rebooked me for another night--even made sure I didn't have to change rooms. Separate bill....So I could bill the landlord. Just so sweet and accommodating. Made a very stressful situation easy to deal with. Wish I had her for the move in!!"

"The main hallway carpet was filthy. Looked like it had not been vacuumed in quite awhile. From gummy bears to tooth pick-floss… the front desk gentleman was not welcoming or friendly in the least. He acted like he wanted to be anywhere other than there. There was no coffee maker in the room although there were K-Cups set out. I moved the chaise lounge to get to an outlet and when I did I found plastic rose petals (not mine) under it so I guess the rooms aren’t swept/vacuumed either. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Mystery meat sausage links, weird looking “eggs”, yogurt from a dispenser… no thanks. Very little bread options (no bagels) and everything just seemed gross. I’d rather of stayed at a quality inn or comfort inn for around the same price. "
