"The embassy suites in Richmond is very convenient to get to centrally located. If you are visiting Richmond, Virginia, the property is beautiful. There’s always a relaxing environment in the breakfast is wonderful."

"We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, one room was fine; the air conditioning in one room didn’t work, and the door to the third room was unlocked and open with the room smelling like marijuana. The manager was unable to move into other rooms or another best western property, so we booked rooms at the embassy suites across the parking lot and checked out. Lots of hassle and stress on college graduation weekend!"

"Terrible toilet did not flush took three days for a plunger. I needed my fire arm because random people kept knocking on my door and bed bugs!!!?"

" Breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare - waffles, pastries, eggs (probably powdered). A little fruit. Only one elevator worked. The pool was covered when we arrived. A couple of days later the cover was removed only to reveal brown, scummy water. My reservation said “in season swimming” but this pool needed a major cleaning. Staff friendly. "

"Great hotel and great staff.. our only real negative feedback is that the gym is middling at best if we are being charitable… and realistically disappointing relative to the hotel’s overall high price/high value positioning in the market. you all can do better!! equipment, lay-out etc etc sub-par.
