Very friendly and welcoming staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Holiday, including an enormous handmade gingerbread scene! We were upgraded to a lovely king suite with small lounge area.

Staff at the front desk gave us room upgrade because it was my husband’s birthday!! Room service delivered our meal on time and it was delicious. Room service came back and asked if we needed anything!! Room was spotless! Service was great all around… We will be back in April!!

Very attentive housekeeping services. Friendly folks at the front desk. Good dinner options with Lemaire. The ambiance for the Christmas holidays was amazing.

The room was spotless, and beautifully decorated.I loved that my room had a double sink in the bathroom, and the bathroom supplies were fuuy stocked for two persons, with extras. The staff was very pleasant, from the valet to front desk. I didn't get to tour the facility as much as I would have loved to, but the bits i were stunning. I hoped to go back very soon. I would give it a 5 stars for the stay, and the overall experience. I will rate the on property restaurants separately.

Any stay at The Jefferson Hotel is a wonderful experience. From the valet staff to house keeping, everyone is highly professional and personable. The facility itself is immaculate and spectacular. Dining in all of the restaurants is a very enjoyable experience.
