"The highlights of our stay were definitely the food, with both breakfast and dinner being excellent. The large swimming pools with warm water were another fantastic feature and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.
The hotel has made some great improvements, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having wine glasses in the room and enough amenities provided for all guests.
The entertainment throughout the day was absolutely amazing, with plenty to keep everyone...

"Great location , amazing staff and very clean , lovely breakfast , really big rooms with separate bedrooms , just a bit tired and dated , rooms don’t come with a kettle but I asked and was given one immediately , shame aircon only in lounge area not bedroom I found it too hot even leaving door open to bedroom and it wasn’t summer time ! I had an accident and had to go to hospital , staff on reception really helpful sorting which hospital to use and a taxi ! Only thing pre travel is I had lots of...

"Terrible experience with resort service along with-
*Rooms are not upgraded, no phone charging outlets, repairs not done,
*ATM on site wasn't working (guest services don't offer solutions, and was obvious didn't care)
*Beer selection was dismal (heineken as only option), and no semi-sweet white wine
*Hours at the "unique" pool area, water was not kept stocked, no glasses several time - just wasn't monitored
*Hours for pool towels to be exchanged were 10:30am to noon - ONLY, so if you went off...

"I travelled here solo, and it was the perfect choice. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was great – but what truly made my trip special was Eduardo and the bar crew.
Travelling alone can feel lonely sometimes, but Eduardo made sure it never did. His warmth, energy, and genuine care made me feel like I was visiting an old friend. He remembered my name and my favourite drink, and always greeted me with a big smile. The whole bar team shares that same spirit – they bring so...

"Wederom een goed verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het slaapgedeelte, de badkamer en het balkon van mijn geboekte kamer zijn ruim. Ik kreeg een kamer in dezelfde toren als de vorige keer; een goede keuze vanwege de rust. Schoonmaak in orde. Het hotel heeft een groot zwembad met veel ligstoelen, parasols en palmbomen. Goed voor een relaxte vakantie. Het hotel is gericht op all-inclusive. Aangezien ik als introvert persoon niet van massaliteit hou, boekte ik alleen ontbijt. In de avond ben ik o.a. gaan...

"2nd stay here now and a Great location, footsteps of the yumbo and a short drive (10min) to the beach/dunes.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the domestic staff who clean rooms. Everyone says hello when they see you in corridors - so friendly.
The facilities are decent enough too.
Only book though if you’re happy with a bit of noise each night up to midnight and do not sleep with your balcony doors open. As being so close to the yumbo the noise carries!
Each night we...
