Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!

The hotel is both imposing and stunning, but sits well amidst beautifully landscaped pools and tropical gardens of swaying palms and parrots in the trees. Best location, close to lots of shopping/restaurants and the beach and dunes. The Unique Club breakfasts were fantastic, but overall the food offering is rather average, but the prices are fairly reasonable for a hotel of this class. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay

I stayed for a week in Unique club and felt so pampered. Every detail was considered, turn down service for bed, exclusive breakfast, own beach area, lovely spa circuit, snack room for Unique guests. It was just perfect. I will come back.

This stay is one of those mixed reviews I had upgraded and paid for the unique stay package and let me just say the unique stay check In Was possibly the worst check in I have had in years. We waited longer to be seen that the regular line then the regular line were offered refreshments …we were not, the app did not work the first 48 hours the reception and check in staff did not care I had to book everything vi reception and when I turned up we were not booked. Now the good great hotel great location the staff (outside the reception staff) were amazing. I did leave a review with the manager hear nothing back no issue staying here again but think twice before you upgrade to unique might not be worth it.

The hotel is beautiful and incredible well maintained. The main bar with its view is stunning. However, the level of service and standard has dropped tremendously. We have stayed here many times before. The staff is stressed out, you have to wait for half an hour to get your drinks in the evening, at breakfast you also have to wait a long time. It used to live up to five star, but not anymore. This might be our last time staying at the hotel. The prices for room, food and drinks has increased and the service decreased.

Vi har boet på hotellet mange gange. Der var knap så travlt. Derfor var betjeningen hurtigere. Dog var vi meget skuffet over restauranten, som desværre serverede dårligt opvarmet mad. I stedet for frisk lavet mad.

Extrem professionell und sehr gut eingespielt. So ein riesen Hotel mit knapp 1200 Zimmern so laufen zu lassen ist Weltklasse. Unique ist zu empfehlen da es sonst „stürmisch“ voll werden kann.

Leider waren wir mit dieser (sehr teuren) Unterkunft nicht zufrieden... In unserem Zimmer hat es oft im Eingangsbereich und Bad nach Abfluss gestunken, ebenso in anderen Zimmern, wenn die Türen bei der Reinigung offen waren sowie in einem bestimmten Bereich des Restaurants draußen, an dem sich in unmittelbarer Nähe die Toiletten befunden haben. Das darf für ein 5 Sterne Hotel für mehrere tausend Euro nun wirklich nicht sein. Das Zimmer ging ebenso direkt auf eine Straße hinaus, sodass man immer den Lärm gehört hat. Die Personen an der Rezeption waren leider nicht besonders freundlich und hatten kein Verständnis für unser Anliegen. Im A la carte Frühstücks-Restaurant hatten wir mehrfach noch rohes Hühnchen auf dem Teller (dies stellt eine Salmonellen und Gesundheitsgefährdung dar...!) Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass wenigstens die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Restaurant stets bemüht waren und dem Serviceanspruch halbwegs gerecht wurden. - Ich habe mich bei Expedia und dem Hotel beschwert, aber keinerlei Antwort erhalten -
