"This hotel was great, and I truly believe it was a perfect example of getting what you pay for. The room was a little on the smaller side, especially for a couple traveling with luggage, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out to us was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. The location was another huge plus, as we were able to walk to many places, and public transportation was...

"My 5th time in Istanbul a.s 2nd time at Primero. Never disappoints. They decorated my room for my husband's birthday and their breakfast had plenty options. Mert was so helpful and friendly. I will be back in a month and booking with them again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Eliza Hotel Istanbul. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city and visit many of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay at Eliza Hotel again when visiting Istanbul. Highly recommended!"

"It’s tiny the room and the shower will not fit a big person"

"We are impressed with the people who are working at this place - extremely kind, helpful "

"The location is great. It’s one block from the Main Street and çemberlitaş tram station is right there which is perfect. To get to the hotel once the taxi drops you off you have a bit of a hill to climb but for your daily outings there’s only one block of hill so it’s manageable. The hotel itself is very small but it serves its purpose. Don’t expect modern state of the art facilities. The room was a decent size and the bathroom on the smaller size. The major down side of the room is that the...

"The staff made the stay incredible!! Anytime they saw us, they greeted us and were willing to help in any way!!! The breakfast was vast. The property was close to many shops, restaurants and the tram!! Perfect hotel!!!!"

"Nice place to stay while visiting the old section of Istanbul!"

"The hotel front desk Hande was super nice. We arrived early, but she let us checked in which help a lot cuz we travel more than 10 hours The restaurant on 7th floor serves delicious food and the view was superb "

"We stayed here two times on our trip, one night each time. It was a great pit stop, and we felt at home. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was amazing. We recommend this hotel."

"Hotellet er rent og ligger sentralt til. Det luktet kloakk av rommet vårt"
