"Everything was above five star, although we found the location a little bit far out from some of the main areas.
I will have to say that the person that made our stay more delightful was Elisa at the front desk/ customer service…she was absolutely amazing in every way.

"This is an incredible hotel for the money. Room was stylish and fun. Breakfast was good. Rooftop pool and bar. Metro on your doorstep. Parque Eduardo VII across the street with stunning views of the city. And the staff were fantastic. I've stayed in 5* hotels that couldn't hold a candle to this place. "
"Loved the property, breakfast, rooftop, bar cart and excellent service from everyone at the front desk. Only suggestion is to add lighting in the bathroom and the main room - it’s a bit dark"
