"Odanın genişliği ve konforu 3 yetişkin için oldukça büyük ve uygundu. Banyoda her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak şampuan, saç kremi ve sabun mevcut. Ayrıca odada kahve makinesi ve 3 şişe su kullanımımız için hazırdı. Otelin lokasyonu da çok güzeldi ve önemli merkezlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Geç geldiğimiz ve sadece bir gece konakladığımız için terasa çıkamadım. Oranın da güzel olduğunu düşünüyorum. "
"Das Lumen ist ein sehr, sehr schönes Hotel. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr gut schallisoliert. Wir konnten von unserem Zimmer die Lightshow sehen. Die Show ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Sehr gut gefallen hat und auch der Dachpool mit Blick über die Stadt und einer guten Bar. Um das Hotel herum gibt es viele Restaurants und mit Ubahn und Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum. Jederzeit gerne wieder. "

"Väldigt fint och charmigt hotell som är beläget centralt men ändå i sin egen lilla oas. Rummet var rent och service var suverän. Vore dock ett plus om vatten ingick som välkomstgåva. "

"Excellent breakfast and lovely to sit outside on terrace. Shame there was so much building work going on around hotel as could be quite noisy. Pool is lovely - just en aware it’s not on same level as rooftop jacuzzi and bar. Really nice area just off main shopping street and easy walk into centre for shopping and restaurants. Staff all polite and helpful. "
"Riccardo checked us in and gave us a great overview of the city and helpful recommendations for our second day. Extremely friendly and professional staff all around. Loved everything about our stay - room, pool and the restaurant was incredibly beautiful and food was delicious!"
