The property is located in central Lisbon, meters away from Avenida da Liberdade and Marques de Pombal! Great location. The room was wonderful, super comfortable, the bed I would rate a 12 out of 10! Air conditioning worked perfectly ! Had a little kettle, with coffee and tea! Perfect!!! The room had everything I could possibly need! Room and bathroom were spotless! Totally recommend : Pestana City Village. The staff were friendly and attentive.

I stay in Lisbon every summer but this was the worst place I've stayed in terms of location, room size and breakfast. Breakfast was one of the worst I've had - wouldn't recommend. Lobby was very small with stairs to bring luggage up. Beds were comfortable in the room, however room was very tight for family of 4. Bathroom smelled bad. Location was not close to anything cute or useful.

The hotel has a great location and good facilities. However, the service is so poor it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel. The toilet seat took three attempts to get fixed after I told the front desk. Staff entered my room without informing me before I was even there. Bath towels were either insufficient or never provided. This kind of service is not what a four-star hotel should offer. It's extremely disappointing!

Clean and well maintained rooms, good variety of breakfast with a helpful staff. Whilst the hotel is not in the center of the touristy things, it’s just a 15-20 mins walk or 2-4 stops on the subway, and I really liked that it’s in a quieter area and the walk to the center is beautiful on the avenue.

The location is great and easy to get around. Good restaurants are close by. Disappointed that there are NO laundry facility in house, just laundry service that they send out for you for a fee. Another issue there is NO ramp at entrance for the luggage.
