"The is the best hotel I stayed in Europe so far. The staffs are polite. When I opened the room door. They already have two Pastel de Nata and a bottle of champagne on the table. The breakfast are amazing. You can order hot food from the menu. They are fine dinning quality. Location are perfect for shopping. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again next time. Great Job ! "The room was very nice. We had the twin beds pulled together and they were comfortable, like tempur-pedic. The length was good! The little coffee and teas station was great. We had plenty of room, but could have used more hangers. The bathroom was spacious. The restaurant was good for breakfast, but the little convenience store next door had nice coffee and pastries if you don’t want a full buffet. We were so happy that the bellman/concierge helped us with taxis. We never felt cheated by...

"Lovely property right in the middle of all the action. Staff were excellent - warm, welcoming and professional. Breakfast choices were plentiful - the Eggs Benedict very tasty - with fresh squeezed juices, and great coffee. Our highest recommendation is that we will stay there again on our next visit to Lisbon."
