Fantastic, smiling service in this wonderfully quirky but classy Hotel, from the moment I arrived. The staff are genuinely happy to be there and were helpful with everything. My first ( short ) visit to Lisbon. It won’t be the last in this beautiful city, and I will be staying at this hotel the next time I travel here.

Lovely boutique hotel - a true 5 star experience!

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are so helpful and accommodating - they truly make you feel welcomed and taken care of. The location is great if you are looking to stay out of the crowds of the tourist areas but not too far to still walk to most areas of interest. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Such an incredible hotel with customer service that goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of their guests. Quiet and comfortable luxury situated in a neighborhood with such a great vibe. They have a spa and small (but well equipped) gym that you can book which made the stay that much better.

Over two visits, this has become one of our favorite European hotels. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Large well-designed and well stocked rooms, a rooftop bar/lunch spot and incredibly good food from the breakfast buffet in. All due to the genuine hospitality at the front desk and dining rooms.

great stay in Lisbon

we stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip to portugal and this was BY FAR our favorite. The front desk people (tiago, etc) were so nice and helpful. the location was great, the rooms were cute and always felt clean. would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!
