The apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable; the barhroom was big and modern. The greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. They are so professional and so helpful from the young lady who helped to unload our suitcases to the various front desk staff who helped us out one way or another. We will definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel.

Very accommodating for travelers with children! The staff were helpful and made great recommendations for local restaurants. The wine and treats were a fun touch for our first night and the room cleaning staff made cute designs of the blankets for the kids. Breakfast was perfect for our family and the room was well appointed and large. We were sad to leave!

Room was modern, clean and spacious. Reception team was welcoming, dedicated and caring, especially for the lady on Christmas Eve night. They gave Christmas chocolate on the bed when we return (one for each one, not a lot, but feels sweet). There is a great ALDI nearby. Large room, bright, clean and comfortable. Frontdesk attendees were very nice. I enjoyed the bathtub after a long day. The only (minor) thing missing was that they did not provide hair conditioner and my hair was a mess. 😖 Will definitely stay again if we go back to Lisboa!
