"This bed and breakfast is top tier! The service was outstanding, and the ingredients were fresh and natural. Every morning, a chef prepared authentic Jamaican dishes, which made me feel truly immersed in the culture. The rooms were clean, and I was grateful to receive an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and always available when needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would stay here again and again...

"The property on the Lady Hamilton side is very nice and there are tons of amenities and the beach is very close by. The rooms are large and a bit dated, but they do the job. The only drawback I would say with this resort is that the staff don't seem to be aware of a lot of what's happening and they don't inform you of the different amenities that are available to you so we found out a lot of things towards the end of our trip. On check-in we did not get the information regarding the hotel...

"I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good."

"Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. "I enjoyed the property, the food was good and accommodation was excellent and clean. I loved the art decor throughout the resort displaying Jamaica culture. The staff were friendly and attentive. The resort lacked night time entertainment. I would have loved to see beach parties and parties on the patio area. I would go back for a relaxing vacation. "It's a bit overpriced for what it is. The "partial ocean view" part is false advertising. There's no view of the ocean from the room I stayed in, but there was a very small beach right outside the gates. The area was also a little noisy because music was being blasted well past 10 p.m. on a Monday night which wasn't that bad, but then I woke up to a lot of banging fron 6 a.m. to about 8 a.m. There was also constant foot traffic and talking by my door around that time. "I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN.
