"It's a bit overpriced for what it is. The "partial ocean view" part is false advertising. There's no view of the ocean from the room I stayed in, but there was a very small beach right outside the gates. "I wanted to write a fair and honest review of Deja All Inclusive Resort. I understand that Montego Bay is still recovering from the hurricane last year, so I do want to give grace. At the same time, I think it is important for future guests to have realistic expectations. Overall, many of the staff members were friendly, warm, and welcoming. "I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good."

"The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. "We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!"
