"This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. "

"Good place, great food, they don’t tell you that certain liquor that’s top shelf you have to pay for which is misleading for an all inclusive. There were a few times that I did see roaches. Other than that it was a blast. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get anything you want. "

"The resort was really nice. The people were friendly. Only complaint I have is the beds. We had a king size bed, which was actually maybe two full-size bed pushed together. The beds were very hard but other than that everything was good."
