"This is a really old hotel and the wear shows it. Our room was not all bad but it was overall comfortable. The bed was not to our liking with small pillows. The main thing was the water pressure in our room was not good and made it hard to shower. The served breakfast every morning was great and cooked very well. The location is absolutely perfect in the heart of Gatlinburg. We even got to see a black bear closeup. He made a trip through the parking lot while we. We’re on the front porch. Would definitely give this hotel another try."

"Unit is outdated, takes 20 mins to get hot water to shower and only after running all faucets in unit on the hot side. Elevators smell. They need to be cleaned. Parking was fine & the laundry exchanged worked well. Staff were very pleasant."
