"Amazing hotel and exceptional service! Margaritaville in Gatlinburg is fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. I will definitely be back! ¡Hotel increíble y servicio excepcional! Margaritaville en Gatlinburg es fantástico. "We LOVED Hotel Indigo in Downtown Gatlinburg! Great location at the end of the strip which help us get some great steps in, easy walk to strip - Anakeesta, Ole Red, Gatlinburg Brewing Co. all nearby by! Great Smokey Mountain views from balcony room! We loved the coffee shop, Altitude Rooftop Bar, rooftop patio offers great views and chill vibe. We did not use pool area but hotel offers so many great amenities! Newer hotel, very clean and rooms were exceptionally nice! We'd definitely stay there...

"Beautiful with lots of positives, Needs some fine-tuning for a more positive guest experience. 1st, we really enjoyed this place. It’s a refreshing gem unlike anywhere else we’ve been in Gatlinburg.very peaceful setting.lodge rooms are refined rustic & quite roomy and well thought out. our room and grounds were very clean and tidy. parking easy. Did not try the breakfast as it was a very slim continental bkfst. with nothing to accommodate for food allergies so we had great breakfasts elsewhere...

"The only improvement that could be made is a fold out table to put your things on, otherwise everything is great. The bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed having the screen door so you could have the main door open and still have a breeze."

"We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, good amenities, conveniently located, good ambience. This was our second time in this hotel in one year. Definitely recommend this hotel. Only the breakfast needs a little revamp. Rest perfect."

"Great location"

"Loved the location and great buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Balconies were great. The stay would have been a little better with a mini fridge in the room. Also needed more outlets to charge phones, but we realize it is an older hotel."

"As always, I did so much research with stays in the area. Great place to stay for visiting the national park and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but not in the center of crowds and noise. Amazing value and I would highly recommend. Decor and pictures of history of AT made it extra special."

"Very dated and dark. Furnishings were old. The hotel needs a major facelift."

"Clean and roomy room with sofa and desk and balcony"

"No breakfast."

"Very nice hotel in a good location and walkable distance to the main strip in Gatlinburg!"
