"The hosts made us feel very welcome. The room was very spacious with a kitchen, separate living room area, separate bedroom, like an apartment rather than a hotel. Canal view was limited - we had to literally stick our heads out the bathroom window to see a canal. But I suppose that’s how Venice is. At any rate, it was a perfect spot for us, close to the best gelato shop in town!"

"Such a beautiful property! Conveniently located. The fine linens whether in the room, bar or dining were noticeable. I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical! Staff very friendly and concierge helpful with making reservations for dinner and at a Murano glass factory. I wish we could have...

"Such an amazing spot to stay in, very clean and friendly helpful staff, also a great location away from the busy crowd and mostly surrounded by the locals, it has a quick access to water transportations to explore tourist destination around, plenty of restaurants, cafe and art gallery across the bridge. Definitely come back and stay here again :) "

"The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. It’s nestled in one of those charming Italian narrow alleyways, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra room in addition to what we had booked - perhaps it was intended for a family. Either way, it was a lovely surprise!
