"The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. It’s nestled in one of those charming Italian narrow alleyways, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra room in addition to what we had booked - perhaps it was intended for a family. Either way, it was a lovely surprise! "Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Obwohl wir spät ankamen, wurde wir freundlich empfangen. An der Rezeption wurden mehrere Sprachen gesprochen. Wir hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Lagune, welches in Wirklichkeit noch schöner war als auf den Bilder. Das Bad war modern und frisch renoviert. Ein Kühlschrank wäre schön gewesen. Das Frühstück war gut, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Der Wasserbus hält direkt vor dem Hotel und man ist in nicht mal 5 Minuten zum Markusplatz...

"Best hotel in Venice!! Walking distance from San Marco with lots of dinning options. The ferries are walking distance from the hotel and a very quiet street. The room was very clean and spacious. They also had a great breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone! "
