"Plan on a $100 a night deposit. $100 parking. All things that aren't clear when you book this hotel. I was gouged for a $700 unexpected deposit for 6 nights. I had booked a room that was supposed to include the parking but nope had to pay the $100 a day for that too. Be prepared to automatically lose $1000 before you even walk into your room."

"We stayed for 3 nights. the staff were nice, the restaurant &bar at the lobby was good. down side was the card key didn't work well for elevator, and on the check out day at 8:30am , a house keeper knocked the doorto ask about checking out. Luckily, I was awake and got dressed up , but it was unpleasant. Other than that, everything was good."

"Hotel is bang in the middle of the city. Really cool rooms, good size and super clean. Very welcoming guy at reception, wearing a hat. All good. Only niggle was that check in/ out staff were not 100% experienced. I would recommend this hotel."

"Staff was amazing, we had a single king bed corner suite with a separate room that has a pull out bed from the couch. It was a perfect setup for us because the kids had their own little room with their own tv and everything. The pullout couch bed was very uncomfortable, but we kinda figured it wouldn't be the best in the first place so that was alright. The king bed was pretty good, no complaints there... What we disliked was that the room was not properly cleaned before us. They didn't vacuum,...

"The service, cleanliness, in-house restaurant, workout room, pool, bathrooms and of course the rooms was fantastic. Thank you!! Only drawback and it is out of your control is the fire dept sirens at 3am."
