What a great stay right downtown. In town for a Hawks game and saw the price with the amenities given and couldn’t pass it up. We only used our free drink tickets. Bar downstairs was nice. Only checked out the rooftop bar quick cause it was raining. The biggest rooms in Chicago as well! Looked like there was a spring formal the night we stayed so the elevator was very busy in the morning. Overall couldn’t be happier a block away from the magnificent mile for that great of a price

Nice clean and spacious room , good breakfast and rooftop bar and terrace ( although we had to ask the front desk person to unlock the door to access it which he did promptly and cheerfully.) It’s in a great location and lobby is very nice with several places to sit comfortably. The room had a small fridge and microwave but no coffeemaker (☹️). Overall, a place I would stay at again definitely

Clean as Clean can be when it comes to a great hotel, I enjoyed it so much I stayed on the 28th floor and I hate heights but loved every moment and yes I was comfortable with being that high up , the only thing I wish I would of knew more of was about the rooftop , when I stayed it was my Bday weekend and Unfortunately there was a private party which you could have paid ($30 a head) but the music upstairs wasn’t fitting for my vibe , NOW the lobby was a hit! I mean it was just amazing even if it was the first time they had a DJ BRING HIM BACK!

I do not understand why it takes them up to seven days to release your deposit when most hotels release it 24 hours after you leave although it was a nice day my toilet was clogged before I could fully use my toilet, but overall it was nice and clean
