"This was a clean stay! The staff members were pleasant. The location of the hotel was next to a lot of great tourist spots. The building is an older building but extremely clean and convenient. A big perk was that the Hop On Hop off bus was right outside the front door. I would stay at this location again."

"Room was spacious and clean with good access to facilities, pool and gym which were not that busy. Breakfast expensive if you have not pre-booked this. Service for pre-booked breakfast not as good as those who were paying as gratuity included in pre-booked ones."

"Our second stay at the Royal Sonesta, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and all the tourist attractions. Ubers were easy to get at any time of day or night, which made getting around so convenient although lots is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed having the on-site bar and restaurant for a quick bite or a drink before heading out. Housekeeping did tidy our room each day. My only complaint was that one of the channels we watch frequently was glitching throughout our stay. We didn’t report it during our visit since we weren’t planning to spend much time in the room anyway. Overall, we had another great stay and would definitely recommend the Royal Sonesta! ⭐️"
