"Clean room was nice "

"Close to everything! Always immaculately clean and great staff!"

"On the first day when we arrived, they gave us a room, but when we went upstairs the room had not been cleaned. We went back to the front desk and they gave us another room. We moved into the new room and later that night, around 11 PM, someone started banging very hard on our door and then ran away. We opened the door but no one was there."

"The Soma House is the sister hotel to The Garrett and Hotel Fiona, and it’s where the amenities are located. The rooms were clean, and the staff was amazing and very accommodating. The pool area was nice and comfortable, and there were shops and places to eat nearby. Overall, we had a much better experience staying here."

"recently stayed at this hotel in downtown San Francisco. The building has clearly been there for many years and unfortunately it shows. The rooms do not have air conditioning, and the windows only roll open which didn’t provide much relief. The overall property feels very outdated and could really benefit from some renovations and upgrades. The shower also had extremely low water pressure — barely any water was coming out of the showerhead, which made it difficult to shower comfortably. The location is convenient for downtown, but the hotel itself definitely needs some updating to improve the guest experience. Car parking was $59 additional "
