"Lobby locks down and doesn't open again until 7am. So if you are planning an early coffee and getting some work done - don't. We were "upgraded" from this hotel to another hotel - which meant, I had to pack my bags and walk another 1/8 mile to the next hotel rather than enjoy the hotel I had booked."

"Conveniently located a 5 min walk from the train station, Hotel Butterfly met our needs for three adults in one room. The city is walkable in general or there are golf carts to drive you around if needed but it was certainly nice to be right next to the train. The hotel had a decent breakfast and to our delight, an afternoon tea with live music which we enjoyed after our day of hiking. There was no air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open at night and were awakened by the goats walking down the street at 6:00am, but other than that, we can't complain!"

The accommodations were beautifully designed and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The dining options were diverse and delicious, with each meal being a delightful treat for the palate. What really stood out to me, though, was the stunning scenery and the array of activities available. Whether it was hiking or simply relaxing and enjoying the view, there was something for everyone. "This is one of , if not the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. They do a meticulous job at keeping the property in excellent condition. Be sure to book a balcony room looking at the Matterhorn. The staff is always helpful and you see the same people every day, which makes it feel like home. It has one of the few grass lawns in town that you can enjoy a drink on in the afternoon with tables and service. This is our second time staying here we liked it so much. The breakfast is typical of Europe and is good for something light of you have a big day planned."
