"We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. "I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hôtel de la Coupole - MGallery. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The design of the hotel is stunning—elegant, unique, and full of character, making you feel like you’re in a luxurious European palace right in the mountains of Sapa. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor pool and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore Sapa while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, this hotel offers a truly memorable and luxurious experience.
