I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops. I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge. No too many labors to support and no more guests there I would like to say thanks for Mr. Zoo because he tried to fix many disasters in the hotel and do his best to understand our needs and get our satisfaction.

Internet was maintainable though trying to use the Tv streaming the movie selection's that were available was difficult due to spotty internet..it works for all items I carry on business trips such as Phones and Laptops..Other than that this place was 😍 the room was big the restroom was big definitely made us feel special the staff was awesome too

Convenient and good hotel just opposite the market. Nice and quiet. Offering all kinds of spa treatments. Roughly located 15min from Sun Plaza. Room had both shower and bath tub.

The good point of this hotel is the proximity to the bus station and the Sapa market. The staff speaks English and some Mandarin, has been friendly and helpful. Sadly the good point is also the bad point. The close proximity to the market and the bus station means that there will be some noise in early morning and late night.

We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. The front desk staff spoke good English. The hotel faces a market and night market and is walkable to the city centre if you feel adventurous. Quite a distance to walk to halal restaurants but grab car/taxi is readily available. Loved our stay there. It exceeded all expectations! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The hotel was ok for the price that we’ve paid. Stayed for three nights for a family of three. Breakfast was ok too. Hotel does not provide an iron and iron board. The room smelled musty and the room itself and bathroom could used some touching up. The shower pressure and water temperature was great. Location was excellent because it was right across the street from the night market and many other shops. Would we stay here again? More than likely no.

Super loud with no sound proofing insulation, no toilet paper in room at arrival!! Hotel felt abandoned and dead, also drunk people arriving late at night was heard very clearly due to no sound proofing. Do not recommend for a longer stay in Sapa

The location is very good walking distance to main bus station. Also easily walkable to major historical attractions. Room is big & clean, decorations and furnitures are all boutiques in good taste and unique style. The weekend breakfast was amazing as compare to weekday, mix of western and local VN delights. The staffs all with smiles and helpful.
