Such a wonderful resort with amazing views of Sapa. A must stay if you are here. You will not regret it! The breakfast buffet is delicious and the infinity pool is awesome. The staff members Louis and Lilia were fantastic, kind, and helpful. I totally recommend this place.

We're at Room 815 where the view is awesome including the Fansipan Tram bridge. Catcat village is around 15 minute walk downhill. The whole resort staff including Louis Tin we're very helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel service.

Awesome location with excellent accommodations. Best buffet breakfast of the four hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam in last three weeks. Front desk and Hotel managers extremely attentive to our requests. My wife, who is Vietnamese, spent hours talking to them for guidance about everything!

Highly recommend!

We got here pretty late because we were coming from Hanoi but we were greeted warmly despite how late it was. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast we had both days were also amazing. The amenities and room was also nice with an amazing view.

This resort was beautifully situated in the hills. Although futher away from the busy city center, it was a perfect place to retreat. All of the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. One of the staff, Quy, carted us to and from our room and gave recommendations as to where to go and various food options. The breakfast options varied but were all very tasty. We loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it.

All of the staff were so warm and welcoming. Sarah at reception went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. She even took time to call and check on our shuttle to take us back to the train station. She really made us feel special and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay in Sapa. The spa staff we also excellent helping us have a relaxing stay.

We hade a great time at this hotel. Beautiful infinity pool, mice rooms and breathing views. The only thing ww didn't like too much was breakfast. There were some options but nothing that we really enjoy.
