"Cleam everything "

"I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on...

"Small hotel area is quiet. Within walking distance of beach, many restaurants as well as bars and shopping area. A hop and a skip away from Old San Juan. You can actually take a bus there. Small but, private pool that is clean. Microwave in a small kitchen. They serve coffee and toast but, they also have fruits. You can have breakfast in the patio or your room. Room is clean has a mini fridge,Fan,TV,AC closet space,ironing board and blow dryer. Piano sitting room as well. I will come again. 1...

"This property is clean, safe, and offers a host of amenities as well as located directly off of the beach. The only thing I would like is if there were microwaves in the rooms. However, the staff and professionalism are great. Would definitely recommend! "
