I did not know that in Puerto Rico you get hot water by heating the water tank that is on the roof by the sun. We got three cloudy days so no hot water...The staff was great though.

Super clean, spacious, and modern. No staff present, but they are easy to reach by phone without any waiting. Very secure and safe. You have a main gate for cars, lobby door with code, and room door with code.
