"DO NOT STAY HERE Physical threats, severe septic biohazards and unlawful retaliatory eviction
From the very beginning this was a dangerous nightmare involving false advertising, septic flooding, and direct threats of physical violence.
Material Misrepresentation: The pool area borders an abandoned structure littered with trash, broken glass and dirty diapers. Management admitted in writing it is an "eye sore" lost in a court boundary dispute, so they cannot clean it.

"First when I got to the room I had to report a few things! Shower handle came out and the hairblower attached to the wall needs to be fixed because it was hanging on with one screw.
The last day we lost power at 2:00am because a fire alarm went off. A water pipe burst in the fourth floor and flooded all the floors down to the entrance to the hotel and I had to give my room keys to a representative but couldn’t do checkout ! I had to leave the hotel and wait in the airport for more than 5 hours....

"Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I don't think the outside balcony was cleaned though-out our stay. It kept us from enjoying it - and although its ocean view you face the street and hear the cars at night along with the waves of the beach, past the street view. I think it was an extra expense of money that i could have saved."

"The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and very professional. The breakfast was fresh, well-cooked, and everything was fresh. The only problem was the side area of he hotel because the water from Laguna was overflowing the street. The valet parking employees were very professional and helpful."
