"Resort was great. Pool was large, clean and plenty of chairs. Beach was a short walk. Area around resort full of restaurants and shops."

"The staff is great! Alanna at the front desk is welcoming and helpful the moment you want in. Tony at the bar makes the best pina colada’s and local recommendations in town. Also David the Operations manager is lovely to work with. The hotel is actively being renovated so something to keep in mind. We were placed in one of the older rooms but still had everything we needed. The pool and gym were really nice and restaurant is excellent, it’s a must try! "

"The restaurant was horrible. Our food order was simple, but yet took 45-55min to receive. We put it in before the dinner rush. When we asked if we could take it to go, the chef came from the back and gave my husband and I an extremely dirty look. We received our food and paid the bill. My husband even tipped them, though I feel didn’t deserve. On top of that, they didnt give us part of our order and the food was sub-par. I would have had better food/service down the street at Applebee’s. Will not be staying here again. "

"This property was more run down than I expected for the price we paid. Room smelled a bit of mildew. One of the sinks didn’t drain. There was no top sheet on the beds, just a fitted sheet and a thin blanket. Security at front door felt safe. Lobby is on 2nd floor, desk staff were friendly. Location was good for getting in to Old San Juan by Uber or car, a little too far to walk."

"Needs updates, some outdoor furniture had ripped pillows, elevators two not working , room I had was on the side of street so was very noisy at night but staff was friendly "

"Loved this boho style hotel. So quiet and peaceful. The pool was a little small but was my fave place to relax and unwind. The Spa was cute and cozy. My mother said, she had the best massage she ever had. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back. "
