There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. "Hotel brilliant, staff very helpful and pleasant even though always busy. Early breakfast organized easily if you have an early flight facilities in the room great. Super location for everywhere!"

"If you are considering this place for your stay, just book it. This place is amazing, the staff, the location, rooms, restaurant, bar. You will not regret it. Its in a perfect location, close to Palma but in a quiet area. Its the perfect place to disconnect. The bed was confortable and the shower is great. Definitely will stay there next time. "

"The internet connection was poor in the room. The room is very quiet and nice except people smoke in the balcony, and that's quite disturbing. On the day before my checkout date, room service personnel did not leave any floor towel for the bathroom, and the shower water was flooding the bathroom floor. Other than that, the overall experience was good."
