The hotel was so clean and in a perfect location being 10 minutes from the airport. All staff were extremely helpful and I will 100% come here again. The only tiny negative, both pools were too cold to go in, but with the sea so close to the hotel it didn't matter at all.

Beautiful clean hotel, staff were all lovely and attentive. Breakfast and bar food excellent. Would recommend this hotel for a great getaway. Sandy beach lovely, sea was very warm. Clean & inviting hotel. The staff were super friendly & the facilities were great. The pool was very clean with lots of sun beds. The food was enjoyable & well priced. The location is amazing from the ease of getting to the hotel ( we used the A2 bus service approx 20mins & less than £3, it stops right outside the hotel too). The beach is a few steps away & the surrounding areas are also very well kept. Our room was great, beds were comfy & the shower was wonderful. We had a balcony that faced the beach & the sunsets. We used the rooftop pool too which was a bonus. We also had a massage & used the Spa facilities which were also excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone wanting a relaxing break in a great location.

Our stay here was the perfect way to conclude our honeymoon. The room was very clean and the view was just incredible. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the restaurant, and both pools. The location was ideal—close to the airport and so many shops and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma!

The location provides great beach access and wonderful restaurants are just a stroll down the boardwalk. The hotel is in need of some minor upgrades- rooftop pool has an adhesive border that is peeling off, the lower pool is dated too. I wish the hours for the pools were longer. In our specific room the shower was leaking, due to poor caulking. The staff was pleasant, for the most part. During our stay we did encounter an unfortunate incident. I felt management should've handled the situation more appropriately and professionally, but that was not the case.

Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Bar Drinks and food were delicious and made quickly! Beds were comfy - we had a “side sea view” but still had a good view of the beach. We were allowed late check out which was charged by the hour, that was great as we had a late flight home. Was easy to get a bed by the pool. It was very calm round there & music wasnt too overwhelming
