Beautiful clean hotel, staff were all lovely and attentive. Breakfast and bar food excellent. Would recommend this hotel for a great getaway. Sandy beach lovely, sea was very warm. Our stay here was the perfect way to conclude our honeymoon. The room was very clean and the view was just incredible. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the restaurant, and both pools. The location was ideal—close to the airport and so many shops and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma!

The location provides great beach access and wonderful restaurants are just a stroll down the boardwalk. The hotel is in need of some minor upgrades- rooftop pool has an adhesive border that is peeling off, the lower pool is dated too. I wish the hours for the pools were longer. In our specific room the shower was leaking, due to poor caulking. The staff was pleasant, for the most part. During our stay we did encounter an unfortunate incident. I felt management should've handled the situation more appropriately and professionally, but that was not the case.

Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Bar Drinks and food were delicious and made quickly! Beds were comfy - we had a “side sea view” but still had a good view of the beach. We were allowed late check out which was charged by the hour, that was great as we had a late flight home. Was easy to get a bed by the pool. It was very calm round there & music wasnt too overwhelming

We had a great spot with this hotel’s location along the Palma beach promenade. Hotel Breakfast and dinner choices were plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions. Bike storage was good. Bed was comfortable and room cleaning was attentive. Adults only was a plus! Pool time and deck shades were available. Local entertainment on weekends added to our experience. We enjoyed our week’s stay.
