The hotel is in a great location (a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and shops/restaurants. Clean rooms (if a little on the small side) and the pool area is very nice. The staff were all very helpful. Complimentary water in the room when we arrived. We had the buffet breakfast and it was adequate for the price we paid. Our only niggle iwas that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, which was a problem in the August heat (high of 36 the day we were there).

We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and good value for money for a good base. Would stay here again!

Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice.

Close to beach and in a quiet laidback area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Easily accessible to Palma main town by bus (15 minutes). Large shopping Centre also within a 20 minutes walk, as well as local supermarkets. Staff also very warm and welcoming and helpful.
