"Loved everything about this place but the location. The area seemed more run down than the south eastern parts of Florence. That being said we didn’t really feel that unsafe. There were kids running around the neighborhood. Restaurants weren’t as accessible during the early dinner hours. It was closer to the airport though which is why we chose it, but next time we’d probably just stay in the more downtown Florence area. "
"Great hotel near Florence airport for early morning flights. Tomasso was super checking us in and we received our room earlier than promised. Also “Bosa” ( that was her nickname I think) was an excellent server in the restaurant for a quick dinner for an early night. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety and fresh. "
"We selected this hotel to be close to the hotel before our flight. It was perfect. Short walk to take a bus back into town for dinner. Then a 15 minute walk in the morning to the airport. Also we left VERY early and they still provided us a full breakfast. It was very nice."
"Nicco, was terrific! Offered us tasty cappucino, awesome advice on how to get around and what to do. Clean sheets, strong AC, easy access to the train station. 5 min to the station 18 min to the major sites. Strongly recommend. "
"Great location, short walk to train station, right om the river. Central but very quiet location. Lovely room, great service, excellent coffee to go with a delicious breakfast, sadly only one night and secondly sad not to read the full breakfast menu! Lots of choice but one of best all the same, loved the staircase, 5 star spot "
"Very clean and up styled hotel. Staff were l very nice and helpful. The room was large, very clean, we enjoyed the stay. Will certainly recommend this hotel for those who into details. The breakfast was beautifully presented and had lots of options. There was always someone in the dining area for complimentary light refreshments and for purchase. "
