Very nice hostel, clean, huge, with all the necessity that you needed for any hostel. I will recommend this place for anyone who will book any hotel accommodation in Florence. Steven and the rest of the staff are awesome as well. Super helpful and friendly. It’s a bit walk from the tram but there are buses that are schedule outside the aparto.

Lots of construction around and the location is quite a distance from city center. Uber could not locate us… so definitely new/off the known path. Staff and facilities were good. All was new and clean. We especially loved the use of laundry facilities.

Staff was very nice, check in was pleasant, room and bed comfortable, I just did not care for the location and arrived on a Sunday and very limited places open to eat. Good place if you want to rest, but not much around interesting.

Wow – we booked this before seeing any real photos since it’s brand new and only had design concepts online. It felt like a risk at the time, but honestly, it paid off in the best way. This place is incredible and looked exactly like the photos! We booked a 4-person room (two bunks), and the space was huge. The beds are basically double-sized with privacy curtains, and the room itself had so much space to move around. There’s a bench with chairs, a full-length mirror, large lockers right at the entrance, and the bathroom was spotless, tidy, and spacious. The hostel itself is so well thought out – they’ve got gorgeous common rooms to chill in, a coffee machine, vending machine, and even a cold water cooler (which is a lifesaver). The washing machine and dryer are completely free to use, and they even offer complimentary room service. Honestly, it felt more like a hotel than a hostel, it was that good. It’s also in a little complex with shops, restaurants, and cafés, so you’ve got everything you need right there — the perfect spot! The vibe was so good that we actually looked forward to coming back each night… which is definitely not the usual hostel experience. Highly, highly recommend this place. Location-wise, there’s a bus stop just around the corner that takes you into town with one change, or the metro pickup is about a 10–12 minute walk away. Super convenient and honestly such a win! 100% will be back if we’re ever in Florence again.

Room was very spacious with full size bunk beds with curtains around it. Perfect reprieve to spend two whole days and nights with a family of four after our flight was cancelled on bitter cold and rainy two days.

Overall, not a bad place to stay. Unfortunately during our time the air conditioning was not working and it was incredibly hot. The hostel also did not have any kitchen area accessible to guests, which was a bit inconvenient and meant we had to eat many meals out. If these issues were fixed I would stay here again. Not bad for the price

Auberge de jeunesse toute neuve ! J'etais dans un dortoir de 4 femmes. J'ai été agréablement surprise par la literie : lit assez large, 2 oreillers, super couette, super matelas, j'ai très bien dormi ! 2 grands placards par personne qui ferment à clé. Quelques points à améliorer cependant : Le ménage pourrait être mieux fait (chambre et salle de bain). L'intimité de chaque espace pourrait être encore mieux préservé si rideau aussi au pied du lit. La salle de bain était adaptée PMR donc pas de cabine de douche. Pas de problème pour moi mais le sol n'est pas suffisamment incliné et l'eau inonde la salle de bain... Et la chambre !!! (peut être prévoir une raclette ?!) Enfin il y a bien un espace commun mais j'ai trouvé qu'il manquait de vie et n'était pas propice aux échanges. Personnel sympathique. Attention, on est quand même assez loin du centre de Florence. Il y a bien des bus mais pas du tout fiables sur les horaires et le rythme des passages...

Struttura nuovissima, in un complesso pieno di ristoranti, spazi e attività. Personale gentilissimo, accogliente e molto professionale. Pulizia, top. Stanze grandi, letti comodi, biancheria di ottima qualità. Un po' complesso da raggiungere, chiedere informazioni in anticipo alla struttura. Ci sono stata con la mamma e la figlia, soddisfatte, cime me, va bene per tutte le età, anche se si presenta prevalentemente giovanile. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Me gustó mucho. La habitación demasiado amplia, mucho diría yo. Las camas han sido las más amplias qué he visto en todo Europa para ser individuales. La atención del personal maravillosa. Darío el mejor. Lo recomiendo. No tienen desayuno pero se llega fácil a todos los puntos de interés. Lo mejor también es que tienen servicio de lavandería gratuito y con jabón.
