"This was an awesome hotel, the breakfast every morning was sooo good. The food in the restaurant at dinner time was excellent, the pool and private jacuzzis were perfect, the drinks and food were so good as well. The lil sendero trail was an added bonus on the grounds. I definitely recommend this hotel/resort."

"This place is absolutely beautiful. The staff are pretty laid back and not to helpful with information. Also, we had the honeymoon cabin with the whirlpool but we’re disappointed to learn upon arrival it needed to be filled by ourselves. It took more than 4 hours as we wanted it to be warm and did not use the cold water tap. It was lovely and private once filled. Also we saw monkeys from our front cabin seating area. "

"Be advised that the road to this amazing property is full of twists and turns which doesn't help anyone who is prone to motion sickness. Dramamine is a must! We arrived late at the property which there was a guard that pointed us to the way of the desk agent, who greeted us and helped us take our luggage to our suite. The room was cold, clean and had treats for us upon arrival as it was my birthday. Delicious chocolate ganache brownies! Dual shower heads with plenty of space to spare, bath robes, a private dining area, Jacuzzi tub and outside lounge area and well maintained to enjoy the sounds of the rainforest. The staff was very pleasant and gave us recommendations on what to on our next part of our journey which we are glad we followed through in Uvita with the Mangrove tour. Thank you Brian! The pools were clean and they have many different pools with different temps to soothe whatever sore muscles that you might have from your adventures. Breakfast was to die for, freshly played local fruits to start and a diverse menu, which we wanted to try more but the helping were so plentiful we couldn't finish it most of the time. Be sure to endulge in the little extra pastries at breakfast, you won't regret it! Room service was top notch as well. Although we were sad to go, we would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing stay, anyone who loves to enjoy the outdoors and natural sounds of the Rainforest will be sure to enjoy!"

"We were so impressed by the property. The room was very private with a hot tub and large back deck. The restaurant on the premises served 3 meals per day and had great food that offered local cuisine as well as something for everyone. We would definitely come back or visit their sister property on the Oso Peninsula. Loved it!"
