"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"It was very clean, great location, staff was really nice."

"Everything was nice location great near a lot shops coffee"

"The entire stay was excellent, will definitely visit again."

"The property is located in a nice area however that’s really the only thing. It looks nice from the exterior and the common areas. However my room had used floss stuck to a baseboard from a prior occupant. My AC did not work the entire stay. My room never dropped below 75 degrees. Housekeeping did not come once during my three day stay. When i arrived i was told there’s a 20 dollar a day mandatory fee. That was never disclosed in my booking. Also the layout is odd. You have to walk a ways down...

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares de interés. La habitación estaba muy amplia y limpia. El personal muy atento y amable en todo momento. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí."

"Location of hotel and room view of river was outstanding!"

"Loved everything about our stay! Great location, staff, clean and updated room."

"Great"

"I stayed for two nights. The major issue was there are a lot of noise at night - a lot of siren on the street - police, ambulance, fire trucks. These noise are all night long. I must have been waken up 6-7 times each night. Before 1pm also heard a lot of street noise because N Clark Street is a popular youth hangout place."
