"Enjoyable stay"

"Very friendly staff and a comfy bed"

"The room was great but overall I loved how close to the airport this hotel is."

"Only stayed one night so didn’t spend much time in the hotel but the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I would probably advise going early for breakfast if you are having it as things become a bit limited if you go later but what was available was very nice."

"Good breky"

"Nice hotel in a great location. Very good included breakfast"

"Lovely couple of nights as always. Spotlessly clean, great friendly staff and fab breakfast. Plenty of parking and safe fenced grassy area for the dogs or just to sit and relax. Would definitely recommend."

"Nice to have free tea and coffee at the reception also a kitchen guests can use, been a long time since had to use shared toilets and shower but overall a lick of paint in the rooms would help great location for getting to the great northern run"

"The staff were very friendly and the food was great"

"A slightly dated and tired hotel. Rooms were spacious and bar staff helpful."

"Great place and pleasant staff. Would and will stay again."

"Stayed fo one night, very comfy bed, room clean, staff helpful and friendly would stay again if we are in the area."

"We had a really lovely stay at Jesmond Dene Hotel. The staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious and the hotel provided a quiet, peaceful escape."

"Room spotless if a little dated. Public areas comfortable & updated. Food pleasant surprise on quality. Bar staff friendly & helpful"

"Great location"

"All staff pleasant & helpful throughout stay"

"The room was great and facilities clean and well-maintained. This was our final stop along the Hadrian’s Wall Path and a welcome upgrade from campsites along the way. Good value for money and a lively restaurant nearby."

"The hotel in general was excellent, with the large family room we had booked having 2 comfortable double beds. However, the evening food in the restaurant was not good at all, and the breakfast was mediocre at best."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, proper country pub vibe. Staff are so friendly, room was beautiful and the food is lovely. Will stay again"

"I was very impressed throughout. There was parking available (although limited) and helpful staff. My room was spacious and well appointed with clean bathroom and facilities. The room had sash windows which rattled in the gales, but this was sorted easily. Would definitely book on my next visit."
